We are one messaging platform for various use case like marketing purposes, sales, support and engineering.

Role Description

At Respond.io, the Senior Content Writer is pivotal to our company’s success. We are seeking a detailed-oriented individual that is ready to be part of our Content Department and will be responsible for nurturing and executing our content production and strategy. You will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging, and informative content across various digital platforms. The primary focus is to produce compelling written materials that resonate with our target audience, establish our thought leadership, and drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.

Responsibilities

Develop high-quality, original and well-researched content, including blog posts, emails, video scripts and case studies that resonate deeply with our target audience.
Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics and produce high-quality B2B content that aligns with the brand guidelines and tone of voice.
Optimize content for search engines by conducting keyword research and integrating relevant keywords to generate traffic.
Work closely with cross-functional departments to gather information and collect insights for content creation.
Stay updated with industry trends to develop thought leadership content that positions the company as an industry expert.
Understand the challenges of internal and external stakeholders and generate ideas for content types.
Upload completed content to a content management system (CMS) and organize it using tags, folders, etc.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience writing engaging and compelling B2B content, preferably in the SaaS or technology industry.
Demonstrated ability to produce engaging, audience-focused content across various formats.
A diverse portfolio of B2B writing samples including long-form, short-form, high-level and in-depth (the more your work is related to SaaS or technology industry, the better).
Strong understanding of SEO best practices and proficiency in using SEO tools like Ahrefs.
Proven ability to grasp complex concepts and convert them into clear, consumable prose.
Excellent writing and grammar skills, with a meticulous eye for detail.
Good communication skills in English with an ability to clearly explain complex ideas verbally and in writing.
Nimble and agile team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
